Sydney Road Family Medical Practice requires all patients attending the practice to wear a face mask. Equally we ask that only the patient, or patient and carer attend the site. These precautionary measures will ensure the ongoing safety of our patients, staff and Doctors.
Please do not attend the site if you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms and have not had a recent negative Covid test. Please make a tele-health booking or attend a Covid screening clinic.
All patients will undergo Covid-19 screening, on arrival at the practice.
