The Allied Health team work closely with the GP’s to provide comprehensive clinical care to the patients and offer the ease of one central location for this.
We are happy to announce that Seaforth Medical Centre and Woodland Street Medical Practice will be combining in late 2016 to create Sydney Road Family Medical Practice.
Located a short distance from the existing/previous practice locations the new site will offer improved access to patients, expanded availability from our GP’s and increased services such as Dental, Pathology and Allied Health.
